Kit Requirements

• TruSeq Cluster Kit v3—Available in paired-end (PE) and single-read (SR) versions.
  • TruSeq Dual Index Sequencing Primer Box—Required in addition to TruSeq Cluster Kit v3 if sequencing Nextera libraries. Primers provided in the TruSeq Cluster Kit v3 are not compatible with Nextera libraries.
  • To perform dual-indexed sequencing on a single-read flow cell, HP9 is required. HP9 is provided in the PE version of the TruSeq Dual Index Sequencing Primer Box.
