Index Kit

The TruSeq Targeted RNA index kit includes either a 48 indexes (192 samples) or a 96 indexes (384 samples) kit. 96 index kits are available in boxes A, B, C, and D. You will receive one indexes box, depending on the kit ordered, and an index adapter replacement caps box.

Custom Panel Kit

The TruSeq Targeted RNA Custom Panel Kit contains a custom oligo pool box and a core reagents box.
