NextSeq 1000/2000 Reagent Kit

Kit Requirements

Sequencing on the NextSeq 1000 requires one single-use Illumina NextSeq 1000/2000 P2 Reagents kit. Sequencing on the NextSeq 2000 requires one single-use Illumina NextSeq 1000/2000 P2 Reagents kit or one single-use Illumina NextSeq 2000 P3 Reagents kit.

The NextSeq 1000/2000 P2 Reagent kit is available in three sizes (100-cycle, 200-cycle, 300-cycle) and the NextSeq 2000 P3 Reagent kit is available in four sizes (50-cycle, 100-cycle, 200-cycle, 300-cycle). The reagent kit provides the cartridge, flow cell, and RSB with Tween 20 for sequencing.

Contents & Storage

To ensure proper performance, store kit components at the indicated temperatures with the arrows pointing up. Keep the foil packages intact.
